Robert a high school teacher and guidance counsellor at the time realized that students needed more than just tutors to help them become successful in the real world.

Robert created In House Tutors with the sole principle that any student could be successful as long as problems were approached with proper focus and the right attitude. This was accomplished by offering a well structured mentorship program alongside providing homework and academic support to students.
