Our tutors are not hired to be just tutors to your child but rather a mentor as well. We want our tutors to be individuals that your child can look up to as a role model and a mentor. As a result, we hire tutors not only based on grades but also based on a variety of other criteria. We assess such things as what a potential candidate has done outside of school, their prior work experiences and their overall attitude towards helping others succeed.

Our success plan for your child has two parts. The first being the guidance our tutors provide when it comes to academics. The second being the change in attitude we encourage our tutors to promote onto our students. This stems from our overall belief that any child is able to achieve academic success granted they are willing to put in the effort and approach problems with the right attitude.
